The RaceQuip 120 series multi-layer suit features an outer layer of durable Pyrovatex FRC, backed by a layer of Nomex, and then lined by another layer of Pyrovatex. Pyrovatex offers the maximum combination of overall flame and heat protection, durability, and comfort. This FRC material retains the softness and breathability of cotton while wicking away moisture from the skin. The Pyrovatex fabric is gentle and non-irritating, even for the most sensitive skin, with a shiny and supple exterior surface. The garment will retain its flame retardant properties beyond its useful life due to the Pyrovatex process, which combines a chemical agent with the raw cotton fibers to create a bond at the molecular level.

All RaceQuip suits are assembled with heavy-duty, multi-needle, over-lock safety stitch machines to provide exceptional seam strength. They feature high-quality, heavy-duty Nomex-backed brass zippers on FR tape, installed with a double overlap for a more secure front opening. Stylish contrasting armband stripes match the full-length leg stripes, while the black accents, including the high-back collar, leg and arm cuffs, epaulets, and beltline, give the suits a unique look and style.

The pleated back panel allows for freedom of movement, and the suits include boot cuffs, deep bag pockets, and an adjustable euro-style belt.
