The RaceQuip Youth single-layer SFI-1 racing jacket is crafted from Pyrovatex FRC material, which offers the optimal combination of flame and heat protection, durability, and comfort. This fire-retardant, cotton-based (FRC) fabric retains the softness and breathability of cotton while effectively wicking away moisture from the skin. The Pyrovatex treatment process creates a chemical bond at the molecular level, ensuring the jacket's flame-retardant properties will be retained even with proper care and use.

All RaceQuip racing suits are assembled using heavy-duty, multi-needle, overlocked safety stitch machines to provide exceptional seam strength. The jacket features a high-quality, heavy-duty Nomex-backed brass zipper with a double overlap for a secure front opening.
